Week beginning 13th February

I hope that you have had a restful February week.

As always, we are very much looking forward to seeing your children back on Tuesday.

A brief update from me today, to avoid overwhelm!

We had a wonderful week leading up to the break, with Emily from the PATCH project working with our P6 and7 pupils on issues relating to personal and online safety. She was incredibly impressed with the way that the pupils discussed the issues and showed respect to her and one another.

While the workshop was taking place, the P1 to 5s had a joint learning session where they researched under-sea creatures; their co-operation, focus and creativity were absolutely amazing.

We also had some more fantastic work in the P1 to 3 class around our dinosaur topic and the timeline is now on display.

Please check out some of the pictures in the Gallery.

This week promises to be busy with health checks taking place for our P7 pupils on Wednesday and hopefully the start of Young Leaders training for our P6 and 7 pupils with our Active Schools Co-ordinators David and Erin (weather permitting.)

Have a lovely week and don’t forget to get in touch if you need to.
