Welcome to the 2026-27 Academic Year! Lots to look forward, and we have been busy already.
Last week the Glassary children had a wonderful time visiting Kilmartin Museum – we had a chance to explore the graveyard and the cairn in the Glebe field, and the children got to handle some replica ancient artifacts before a tour of the museum itself. It was a fantastic way to kick off the year and to build excitement for our upcoming showcase…
The Showcase – on 25th September Glassary Primary School will join forces with Tayvallich and Craignish at Craignish Village Hall to present a showcase of the work they have been doing so far this year. The children are all very excited about it and we hope as many of you as possible are able to come along to see the spectacular.
On that note, Mrs Mes has requested that pupils start collecting materials (cardboard, stone, sticks, clay, string) and bring them to school, as they will be manufacturing medieval weapons on Wednesday.
